We understand that walking into a therapists’ office can feel overwhelming. We’d love to show you around so that when you get here, you can feel more comfortable and ready to get started on your healing journey.

We are located on the far east side of Madison with two convenient locations. Our main office is located at 4610 S. Biltmore lane #105 Madison, WI 53718 and The Landing is across the parking lot at 5202 Eastpark Blvd. #112 Madison, WI 53718.

At the Main Office, grab a cup of tea, enjoy soft instrumental music and essential oils and we will welcome you in as soon as we’re ready for your session.

At The Landing, enjoy some sunshine in our cozy lounge, grab a book or a game from our library and allow yourself to land in the present moment.
