Sarah Schupbach, LCSW

Hello! I'm Sarah, and I'm so glad you're here.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). My approach to therapy is warm, person-centered, and flexible. For me, there's no "one size fits all" when it comes to healing. I draw on a variety of techniques and modalities as we work together to find what feels best for you. I believe that the therapeutic relationship should be built on trust, empathy, and respect. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, seen, and empowered to share your story.

I work with individuals ages 8 and up, and have extensive experience in school-based settings. I specialize in helping individuals process childhood and adolescent trauma, utilizing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) which helps you heal through narrative work. I am also passionate about supporting perinatal and postpartum mental health. Each experience in this phase of life is unique, and I'm dedicated to providing compassionate care during this vulnerable time.
