Meet Sarah

Hello. I’m Sarah, and I’m so glad you’re here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a certification in Perinatal Mental Health. My approach to therapy is warm, person-centered, and flexible. For me, there is no single formula when it comes to healing, so I draw on a variety of techniques and modalities as we work together to find what feels best for you.

  • Individuals healing from trauma at a pace that feels safe

  • Kids, teens, and adults ages 8 and up, with care matched to their age

  • Women navigating mental health, motherhood, and life change

  • Families adjusting to a big transition or hard season

My Approach & Style

I believe the therapeutic relationship should be built on trust, empathy, and respect. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, seen, and empowered to share your story. I have extensive experience in school-based settings, and I specialize in helping people process childhood and adolescent trauma, using Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you heal through narrative work. I am also passionate about supporting perinatal and postpartum mental health. Each experience in this phase of life is unique, and I am dedicated to providing compassionate care during this vulnerable time.
