Karoline Walls, LPC-IT
Hi, I’m Karoline and I’m so glad you’re here.
I know that seeking therapy—whether for the first time or after a break—can be a big step, and finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. My hope is that this gives you a sense of who I am and whether we might be a good fit.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model for therapy. Instead, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to your individual needs. I take a collaborative approach, grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own experience. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, build new skills, and work toward creating a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling for you.
I specialize in supporting individuals managing anxiety and OCD. I also enjoy working with adolescents, ages 11–18, as they navigate the transition from adolescence to adulthood. Additionally, as a military veteran, I’m passionate about serving fellow veterans, active-duty service members, and their families as they face the unique challenges of military life.
My goal is to provide a welcoming environment, free from judgement for every client who comes through my door. Whatever your story, I want to hear it and assist you in navigating this process. I am looking forward to connecting with you and want to thank you for letting me be a part of your counseling journey.
Karoline specializes in: anxiety, OCD, racial identity, adolescent issues, relationship issues, and military members and their families.
