Hi there. I’m Sarah and I’m grateful you’re here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist. I view therapy as a sacred, collaborative experience, and I encourage you to bring your whole self into the healing process. My approach is inviting, holistic, and laid back, while integrating practical steps to help you reach your goals.

My Approach & Style

I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Existential Therapy to identify where you might be getting stuck and to address areas of concern. I also offer EMDR, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, to help clients process traumatic experiences and memories. I see individuals with concerns ranging from depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions to spiritual and existential questions.

Sara is a CAGCS Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist.

Sarah is trained in Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy (SIP) and working on certification. Sarah is trained in religious trauma, cult recovery, spiritual abuse, post traumatic growth in survivors of high control groups and religion, and moral injury.
