Anna Schenk, MFT-IT

Welcome!

I support individuals, families, and partners navigating social, emotional, and relationship challenges. I aim to foster a safe and affirming space by bringing attentive presence, compassion, and dedication to our work together.

I have training in systemic therapy and believe that our relationships, contexts, and histories offer valuable lessons to consider. Together, we can explore generational patterns, help you identify and embody your values, and strengthen your trust in yourself and in your relationships. With your concerns and goals as our compass, we will find ways to live with less suffering—and with more confidence, clarity, and connection.

I offer healing-centered, anti-racist, and disability-affirming care for clients of all ages, and use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mind/body-based approaches.

I look forward to supporting you and invite you to reach out whenever you are ready.
