Meet Tina
Hello and welcome. I am so glad you are here and taking this step. I look forward to getting to know you and feel truly honored to support you as you begin or continue your therapy journey. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is deeply committed to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to individuals ages six and older.

My Approach & Style
I have a special passion for supporting children, adolescents, and families, shaped through my previous career as a special education EBD teacher. Those experiences continue to guide my belief that every person deserves to feel seen, understood, and supported.
I specialize in trauma treatment and am Phase I Certified in Brainspotting, integrating neuroscience-informed approaches to help clients process and heal from distressing experiences. My approach is grounded in empathy, safety, and authentic human connection. I believe healing happens when people feel heard and supported, and I strive to help clients build resilience, rediscover their inner strengths, and create lasting, meaningful change at their own pace.
