Sarah Schupbach, LCSW, PMH-C

Perinatal & Trauma Therapy

Meet Sarah

Hello. I’m Sarah, and I’m so glad you’re here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a certification in Perinatal Mental Health. My approach to therapy is warm, person-centered, and flexible. For me, there is no single formula when it comes to healing, so I draw on a variety of techniques and modalities as we work together to find what feels best for you.

Who I work with:

  • New and expecting parents facing perinatal or postpartum struggles

    Learn More

  • Adults managing anxiety, depression, or ADHD

  • Individuals healing from trauma at a pace that feels safe

  • Kids, teens, and adults ages 8 and up, with care matched to their age

  • Women navigating mental health, motherhood, and life change

  • Families adjusting to a big transition or hard season

My Approach & Style

I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all model for therapy. Instead, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to your individual needs. I take a collaborative approach, grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own experience. Together, we will explore your strengths, build new skills, and work toward creating a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling for you. I specialize in supporting individuals looking to process trauma, manage depression and anxiety, and navigate interpersonal relationships, and I use EMDR and other trauma-informed interventions to help process painful experiences. As a military veteran, I am passionate about serving fellow veterans, active-duty service members, and their families.

Karoline uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) along with EMDR
