Nicole Krapf, LMFT

Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy for Kids & Families in Madison, WI

Meet Nicole

Welcome. I am glad you are here. My name is Nicole and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Marriage and family therapists are trained in systems theory, which helps me zoom out and consider all of the different systems that may be affecting your health, relationships, and wellbeing. I can support you in not only addressing your symptoms, but deepening the understanding you have of yourself and your family.

Who I work with:

  • Children and teens working through big feelings, anxiety, or hard changes

  • Adoptive families and the questions that come with adoption

  • Neurodivergent kids, teens, and adults, including ADHD and autism

My Approach & Style

I have a heart for working with children, adolescents, individuals, and families. I have specialized training and experience working with those who are neurodivergent, and I am passionate about providing neurodivergent-affirming care. I am not here to fix you. I am here to collaborate with you to discover your unique strengths, interests, and support needs. I integrate mindfulness, parts work, therapeutic play, and self-compassion skills to aid in processing, healing, and emotion regulation.

My commitment is to provide a safe space where you can feel comfortable expressing and exploring all parts of yourself. There is no judgment here. All parts of you are welcome. I embrace the power of human connection and believe in the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship.
